In 11 days I fully developed "EXUTUS: In Absentia" in Godot. It is a retro styled, pixel art twin-stick arcade game featuring a unique attack ability and a leaderboard.

Twin Stick Arcade
This game was made in 11 days. I wanted to keep the scope as small as possible while maintaining a high fun factor.
One of the biggest factors in development was to polish it, add a bunch of player feedback and juice.
Some examples of juice and polish are found in the adaptive sounds, the micro animations in the UI and impactful visuals when the heart bounces and eventually explodes, creating a pulse effect.
